In an age when many organizations make it hard for their customers to speak with live representatives, we’re making it a whole lot easier.

Effective Saturday, January 28, we’re expanding our phone service by a total of 40 hours each week, including Saturdays. That means you’ll have a lot more opportunities to do your banking when it’s most convenient for you.

NEW EXTENDED PHONE SERVICE HOURS (effective January 28, 2012):
Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time

We know your busy schedule or your location doesn’t always allow time to visit one of our credit union branches. Our new, expanded phone service makes it easy for you to speak to a credit union representative who can help you manage your money, solve a problem, supply information on MECU products, even make a transaction.

So whenever you have some banking business to do, just grab your phone and dial 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392. Simple as that.
