How can I change my automated telephone banking PIN?
You can change your automated telephone banking PIN either on the phone or online. Using the phone, dial 847-576-2100 to reach MECU's automated telephone banking and enter your account number and enter # and current PIN and enter #. Then follow the prompts to change your password.
To change your automated telephone banking PIN online, log into your account at www.mecu.org and select "User Options", and then select "Change online password or automated telephone banking PIN."
